Your eXtreme source of Hardcore and Beyond

***PRESS RELEASE***

Due to "Personal" and Legal Problems, FreeNet Records is remaining 'dormant' for a time being until things can be sorted out, and I get more time to deal with this all. All production on the sampler has been stopped until further notice, until I can get the monatary resources I need to complete it. Due to money constraints, I think the pressing of 500 samplers will most likely NOT HAPPEN, and will be lowered to about 250 samplers. However, the sampler will be uploaded in full .mp3 format, along with the artwork for the CD, so people can simple click and download and create their own sampler. This could all change 'like that', and I'll do my best to keep you all informed.

!!!MAJOR UPDATES!!!

-FreeNet Records is going under some major reconstruction, and I have a 'demo' of what the site is going to look like here

"Bio-Nine Emotions"
28K Real Media
28k Windows Media Player
This video was created as a side-project before the end of the school year. It is a combination of two songs, one by a group called Biohazard, named "Uncivilization", and the other group is called Nine Inch Nails, named "The Perfect Drug". With combining and mixing these two songs together I was able to set the mood for a mix of themes. One of them is a sad and depressing 'end of the world' spiel. The other is a revelation of emotions one might feel at the end of High School.

FreeNet Records is divided into various sections:

Free Music In Various Streaming Formats, and .mp3s, including RARE STUFF, along with detailed information about the best groups out there, and other artists you haven't had the joy of listening to, just cause they're not on the radio. These bands have REAL talent, and are worth checking out!

10,000 Cadillacs - Off The Rip {feat. (216)}
***
(if you like Mushroomhead, this is a side-project by them gone Rapcore! Combine the powers of Gangsta Hardcore with Heavy Death Metal, and you'll get this)

Vixtrola - Never Again

(if you like Garbage or Nine Inch Nails, you'll love this group! It doesn't hurt to give a listen to the next best thing in music!)

Probot - Shake Your Blood (feat. Lemmy of Motorhead)

(this is the underground 80's metal tribute group lead by Dave Grolh of Foo Fighters/Nirvana fame , and features Matt Sweeny of Zwan/Chavaz fame on guitar. This track got leaked to a European radio station, and thus that is why it is poor quality, it is a RADIO RECORDING)

Korn - Did My Time

(This is Korn's brand new track, which is featured in the soon-to-released movie "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life", has been leaked to the internet via a German Radio Station. We have recieved a copy of this rare track, and now you have the chance to hear it before everyone else! The track will offically be released next Tuesday (6/24). This recording, since it is a leaked version, is in poor quality, but you get the jist of how the song sounds and such. Enjoy!)

Who's What (UPDATED)

01. Skumlove- This group features Dino of Fear Factory Fame, Frank of Cypress Hill fame, and other major talents, and on the song Loaded, additional programming by Roman of Professional Murder Music.
02. Slitheryn- This group is from Chicago, and singer is about 16 years old, and on this song Lost, Corey Taylor of Slipknot/Stone Sour adds his vocals to the track. They have a new EP in the works, and the production talents have been moved from Corey Taylor to Edsel Dope of Dope.
03. KCUF- This megagroup is lead by Crazy White Sean, which also features contributions from Munky of Korn, Tumor of Mothra/Lo-Pro/ex-Amen, Shavo of System of a Down, Sid of Slipknot, and many more!
04. Facecage- From the great city of Des Moines, these guys just plainly kick major ass!
05. My Beatiful Secret- This group features Brian Armer, who took over vocals when Jonathan Davis left the infamous group Sexart to form Korn. After the brief stint with Sexart, Armer went on to form a very popular band called Juice. After Juice broke up, Armer took up the mic again in what I believe is one of the best bands ever.
06. Order By Chaos- This 7-member group from Florida has just completed an EP with the help of the guitarist of Soil, Glass.
07. Karmahitlist- This group is lead by the former singer of Videodrone, Ty Elam.
08. Noise Therapy- The first major signed artist to make an appearance on this sampler, this group features Kai of Methods of Mayhem fame among it's ranks. However, hard times have lead the group to leave their label.
09. Dope- Another major artist, whos not currently signed at the moment, and they need no introduction...
10. SiX- Led by Lauren, who was the singer of Drown and Famous, this group also features former members of Cypress Hill and Altered State.
11. gODHEAD- We all know who they are! :-)
12. E-RACE- From the streets of Cali, this group's latest effort was produced by Dino of Fear Factory fame, and also Jason Miller of gODHEAD makes an appearance on this great track.
13. Asesino- The second major signed artist (Kool Arrow) to make an appearance on this sampler, this group is rumored to feature Dino of Fear Factory fame and Tony of Static-X. Very Hardcore Death Metal!
14. Rag Men- Former members of Earth Crisis, Hatebreed, and El Nino, along with current members of Skarhead and Madball, make this group stand for New York Hardcore.
15. Mothra- Members of Onesidezero and Soulfly meet up with Tumor of KCUF/Lo-Pro/Amen fame to create this kick-ass group!
16. Lo- This metal group has opened for both Disturbed and Korn, they are very hardcore!
17. Vomitron-REALLY COOL METAL, going a great cover of a classic 80's movie theme, the Ghostbusters, gone Metal!
18. Drown- Although this group no longer exists, this version of their hit song 'Kerosene' features many great guests such as Ty Elam of Videodrone fame, Jared of HED pe, and many more. This version is VERY RARE, and other artists such as D-Hauz of ex-20 Dead Flower Children and Corporate Avenger (connected with Kottonmouth Kings) are on it.
